Samsung Canada has introduced a new online site to help extend the service and support capabilities of its efficient Door-to-Door and walk-in repair services, as part of its ongoing commitment to provide consumers with innovative technologies and services.

The Samsung Your Service site is a modern solution designed to provide Canadians more choice and flexibility for their customer care needs as they become more comfortable with an increasingly digitized world.

"While the COVID-19 pandemic prompted a transition away from in-person services, positive components of the ‘new normal,' such as improved convenience and efficiency, can continue to benefit our customers,” said Frank Martino, Samsung Canada Vice President Corporate Service. "We're aiming to guarantee that our customers across Canada can have a smooth customer care experience, whether it's booking a door-to-door repair, getting technical support from an expert, or following the status of a device in transit.”

Customers with Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets can now access the Your Service online self-service portal. Wearables and laptop computers are on the rise.

Customers can plan a quick Door-to-Door device pick-up at their house through the Samsung Your Service portal which can be found online at. The Galaxy gadget can be picked up and returned for free. An approved Samsung Canada technician will evaluate and repair the devices before shipping them back to the customer. Galaxy devices will receive free device sanitization for added peace of mind.
